“Each Marianist, each community, and each institution must discern how it can best enter into the work of building a society marked by justice and charity.”
Community is the common trait of any Marianist institution. It is the characteristic that defines the learning, living, and praying community at Chaminade University. Students will have numerous opportunities to participate and be part of several community experiences, whether it be one that gathers weekly for faith enrichment or one that wishes to learn what it means to be a Marianist and intentionally form a Marianist Lay Community. Each community seeks to encourage our students through their academic journey and their walk of faith. We also partner and collaborate with many groups on campus to embrace and highlight the beautiful culture and diversity of our campus community.
