Congratulations Sister Nicole

This weekend, the Marianist Family in the United States will celebrate with great joy the perpetual profession of Marianist Sister Nicole Trahan, FMI. Sister Trahan’s connection to Chaminade University is through the Awakening Retreat program. She and a small group of students from St. Mary’s Catholic Center at Texas A&M University staff the first Awakening Retreat for Chaminade University and has continued to be Campus Ministry’s popular retreat program.

Sister Trahan professed her first vows in San Antonio in 2008. As a Marianist Sister, she has been in ministry at St. Mary’s University in Texas, campus minister at the University of Dayton, and is now a religion teacher at Chaminade-Julienne High School in Dayton, Ohio.

The profession Mass is scheduled for Saturday, August 3 at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception at the University of Dayton. Please join us in wishing Sister Nicole congratulations on the occasion of her final vows.
